Gavin and Tamara’s wedding saw me return to the fabulous Inglewood Manor on the Wirral in Cheshire. Getting to share such an important day with people is both a privilege and great fun. I felt really at home with all the Yorkshire accents at this one

We had lovely weather for the most part and were well into the evening when the foretasted rain eventually showed up.
Gavin and Tamara are on honeymoon in Bali which I’m sure is just amazing, I’m looking forward to hearing about it as my own honeymoon at the end of this year is also in Bali.

Our Thornton Manor wedding plans
Just thought it was time I posted an update on Lou and I’s wedding plans, as quite a few of you have asked.
I don’t know if we are doing well, average or badly? We have booked the venue, Thornton Manor, Wirral and are excited about that. We have visited our respective registrars and registered our intent to marry etc. Lou has ordered her dress, unsurprisingly I can’t tell you much about that? We, have agreed a menu with our caterer but I still need a new suit – I know what I’m eating but not what I’m wearing!!
Planning our wedding has given me a massive insight into just what couples go through, the happy moments and the tough decisions. I also know the great feeling of ticking ‘something else’ off the list my couples clearly have when they book me to photograph their wedding.
Your wedding should be an amazing and fun filled day remembered by the photographs, not because of how long the photography took. This led me to develop a different approach to wedding photography that couples and their guests love.
